Who will see my credit card number / how do I know my details are safe?

Only our payment providers handle your credit card details. Your credit card details are never seen by us or any other 3rd party .

Is your online ordering 100% secure?

Yes, it is 100% secure using SSL encyption.

I would still prefer not to use my credit card online, what other methods of payment do you accept?

We also accept cheques, Paypal and bank transfer and also several other means including fax and money order. Please click the 'Buy Now' button on the appropriate products main page for further instructions.

What happens after my order is placed?

If you have chosen the unlock code only version, you will receive your unlock code via email very shorly after the order is placed. Enter this code into your trial version and all restrictions will be removed and the program fully activated.
If you have chosen to purchase CD Delivery, you will still receive an unlock code so you may use the program while you are waiting for your CD to arrive.
