When contacting Customer
Service, please be as specific as possible.
If you are enquiring about an order you placed,
please include your order ID, which will have
been emailed to you upon ordering. If you
are unable to locate your order ID, please
include your name as well as the email address
that you used to place your order.
If you are enquiring about a certain product,
please also include the name of the product
your are enquiring about in your email. This
will help enable us to respond to you as quickly
as possible.

You can contact us and we will be happy to assist with any problems
you may have. You can also find the latest
bugfixes and notifications on each of our
products homepage.
How long will it take for me to receive my
unlock code after I've placed my order?
You will receive your unlock
code immediately. If you order via Paypal
it may take us slightly longer to get your
code to you. This will be within 12 hours.

about future upgrades / updates?

What happens if I register and then lose my
unlock code. Can you supply me with my code?
If for any reason you have
lost your original code, please drop us an
email with the email you used to register
( or your Order ID ) and we'll get a new code
sent to you via email within 24 hours.
What happens if I register and then need to
re-install the product in the future, will
my unlock code still work?
Yes, your original code
will work fine. If for any reason your code
no longer works, please email us and we will
get a new code to you within 24 hours.
Do you offer discounts if I want to purchase
over 10 licenses for my workplace or facility?
Yes, we offer generous discounts
depending on the number of licenses required.

What happens after my order is placed?
If you have chosen the unlock
code only version, you will receive your unlock
code via email very shorly after the order
is placed. Enter this code into your trial
version and all restrictions will be removed
and the program fully activated.
If you have chosen to purchase the CD rom
version, you will still receive an unlock
code so you may use the program while you
are waiting for your CD to arrive.
